Not particularly a closed-range fighter, this character is a strong support to the team during difficult PvP or PvE situations. The SWTOR has several classes, and the Jedi Sage of the Jedi Consular Class is one among the Advanced Classes. The Jedi Sage is the main support of the team and has little to no combat skills. The Sage heals allies and cleanses them and improves battle statistics of his comrades. Since the Jedi Sage has extensive knowledge of the force, the character has strong range attacks to inflict damage to enemies.

The presence of the Jedi Consular Sage has given gamers a new character dealing a long-range damage force-based class. All other Jedi classes inherently have their light sabers as their only weapon. The Sage can either have Healing or Damage depending on the skill tree the character is focused on and on the skill distribution.

The Telekinesis Tree is where you go when you only want to increase the damage rate of the Sage since the tree boosts the Sage’s force abilities. The other tree, the Seer Tree, is plainly for support. It is directed at healing and protecting the whole team. A character having both damage and buffing abilities is quite possible, but most players will focus only on one tree to spend their points. More points will also increase the capacity of the character.
